UKRAINE POKROVSKY MONASTERY

This is specially dedicated to all Ukrainians who have lost so much in the last month. I am praying for you.

I was looking around on the internet about Ukraine. I happen to chance upon the name The Pokrovsky (Intercession) Orthodox Monastery. The name caught my attention and I later realised there are a few of them with similar name. I found one in Kharkiv and a day ago news reported that Kharkiv is destroyed and no home for the people. When I started drawing this, battle was intense. Intercession before God is all I can do and thus I chose to sketch this as a visual representation of my prayers.
