Finishing this one was a challenge but glad I did. The few days of sketching were quite a stretch for me. My dog was vomiting for a good 1.5 days. Even after a jab from the vet, her tummy continued to churn and even occasional spasms even though the vomiting stopped. Thank God that her stomach calmed down eventually and so far she’s been good.

One truth I practiced throughout these few days was to allow joy in the Lord to take over. When it got so tiring, I chose to laugh in small things like having to repeatedly feed her the medicine because she spew them out. 🤣

I am reminded that trees can rejoice too. It is my choice to experience joy over anxiety.
